"I stayed at Tamesis Place in September this year and could recommend it to anyone. My Sister and I booked into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, and while we thought it would be nice from the photos we had seen on the website, we were amazed by just how lovely it was when we walked in. The main bedroom itself was twice the size of most hotel rooms and had an ensuite.

The living area was huge and had large windows (that opened!) that looked out over a small patio area. The apartments are off of a main road so had no issue with noise. The kitchen was well set out and included a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

We were able to walk to Caversham, Central Reading and the rail station from the apartment, through the park and across the Thames River Bridge.

We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay from 7 to 10 days. I would like to think I will be back to Reading again and if so would not stay anywhere else."
